射流器(气液混合腔)又称水射器,它是由喷嘴、吸入室、扩压管三部分组成,是利用射流负压原理发展起来的一种多用途曝气方式,独特的混合气室设计,强劲的水流与空气混合喷射,使搅拌均匀、完全,产生的气泡多而细腻,溶氧效率高,传统的曝气设备氧的转化率一般低于10% ,采用射流形式的曝气设备氧的转化率可达25%以上。
材质为PVDF(氟塑料),抗臭氧、酸碱腐蚀,对水质、温度变化的兼容范围广,适应不同工况的运行要求。用户在吸气口增加可调阀门,可调整吸入气量, 它能对污水进行高效曝气,既提高了污水处理中所需的溶解氧,又除去了部分的BOD,在有污泥回流时,降低后级处理设施的负荷;用于生物接触氧化池中时,取代了传统的生化曝气方法,无需复杂的鼓风机管路系统和曝气头等曝气设备;应用于水产养殖中,可有效提高单位功率氧的转化效率。
