3IN1- Double Melt Filter Waste Plastic Recycle Machine

 

Highlight 1 : We offer the dual plate/dual cylinder melt-filter. The dual plate/dual cylinder double-position hydraulic melt-filter is designed to work with two channel inside, it contain two melt-filter that work at the same time, As the result, during the change screen without machine halt and no interrupt of material fluid and of production process will be guaranteed.

Highlight 2 : The machine is compact design which combines with crushing, extrusion and pelletizing all in one machine, therefore, you can direct one step operation the latest recycle machine. Not only the process of operation and installation be simplified, but you can save the labor, factory covers and energy consuming compare with respectively use crushing, extrusion and pelletizing.

Highlight 3 : This Machine with“Underwater cutting system”that includes extrusion die head, cutting system, water circulation system, centrifuge, vibration selection unit all in one complete underwater pelletization system. This equipment exploits effect of recycling material to the maxima which is suitable for high viscosity raw materials and the others raw materials of hard to re-pelletization.
