˙千級無塵布採用100%聚酯纖維材料製造而成。布料經雷射切割封邊後在100級

無塵室內經過18MΩ超純水清洗，並在無塵室工作台上雙層包裝，產品具有吸水性強、

落塵量少、不浪費溶劑、擦拭不殘留塵粒且不傷擦拭物體表面。

˙用途:對擦拭物表面要求不高的產品，如工作臺、線路板、保養設備等。
˙適用級別:1000級

˙封邊方式可選:雷射封邊、超聲波封邊、壓花紋封邊

˙用途:對擦拭物表面要求較高的產品，如:液晶面板、手機外殼、TFT、LCD、LED光學儀器、醫療、精密高科技生產設備。
˙適用級別:100級
˙封邊方式可選:雷射封邊、超聲波封邊、壓花紋封邊

˙用途:對擦拭物表面要求極高的產品，如:液晶面板、手機芯片、TFT、LCD、LED光學儀器、醫療、精密高科技生產設備。
˙適用級別:100級
