SP SERIES 3D PRINTING
Kevvox SP 3D printing systems are stand-alone machines, based on DLP technology, printing 3d articles of professional quality. They fit comfortably into any design or engineering environment. There are two Kevvox SP Series models — the SP4300 and the SP6200.
These offer 2 different build volumes, 56x35x100mm (2.20″ x 1.38″ x 3.94″) and 80x50x100mm (3.15″ x 1.97″ x 3.94″)respectively. The SP4300 can print down to a resolution of 43 µm (0.0017″), while the SP6200 offers 62 µm (0.0024″). There is also a choice of proprietary materials for printing in 3d with more in development on the way. 2 sizes of printing area are on the machine.

Why fixing .stl files is important?
.stl is one of the most common output formats generated by most 3D design packages for 3D printing and additive manufacturing applications. It is widely recognised that the .stl files generated by most 3D software is riddled with issues, that often require skill and a great deal of time to resolve. Often, these issues are not even visible to the naked eye as they are microscopic in nature. If they remain unresolved, they can seriously impact the quality of the final 3D printed part.
The Kevvox R&D team knew that this was a critical problem to resolve with the Kevvox 3D printers and they have tackled the issue head on. As a result, they have developed a built-in solution for defective .stl files — K-Studio — that will automatically fix any issues in the file before processing it for final 3D printing. ABS-LIKE
This material can be used as a substitute for ABS-grade engineering plastic since it delivers good temperature resistance coupled with
extraordinary toughness.
Typical Applications: This material is used in functional testing and prototyping. Therefore it is widely used for functional prototyping before final production.

CASTABLE RESIN
This extremely versatile material is predominantly used in lost wax casting. This resin is known to yield highest quality and crisp details along with standard burnout procedure. These properties are extremely useful when it comes to producing high quality parts for industries that deal with precise and intricate designs such as Jewellery.
You can safely use this for production capacity direct investment casting (lost wax casting).
Parts made using this material evaporate at moderate burn out temperatures with extremely low thermal expansion. The burn out process is ash free allowing for a casting that is free from porosity. This is a distinct advantage since most other polymer based material result in the ash residue when burning.

RIGID + HIGH TEMPERATURE
Kevvox has specially formulated this photopolymer material that demonstrates amazingly high temperature resistant properties that allow for production of vulcanised rubber moulds without breaking or melting the material master pattern.
The key industrial applications include vulcanization moulds and critical parts that need to withstand extreme temperatures in the production process.
