源鋼企業股份有限公司(源鋼企業)於西元 2001年成立，經由本公司陳董事長陳勇志所創辦，主要從事專業鋼鐵貿易。
不僅專業生產竹節鋼筋,更致力於外銷不銹鋼捲和平板。
於2004年取得唐榮不銹鋼公司的外銷代理權，目前不銹鋼業務以外銷中國大陸以及東南亞國家為主要對象，並且正積極開發其他國家。
另外也經營不銹鋼廢料及小鋼胚進口等相關業務，以期望成為國際級的專業貿易公司為目標。

Power Steel Company is professional steel company which not only manufactures deformed bar but also exports stainless steel coil/sheet (201, 202, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 430, 443).
Moreover, in 2004 PSCO becomes the exporting-representative for Tang Eng Iron Works Co., LTD.For the present time, PSCO is devoted to the stainless steel trades, which mainly focuses on the markets in China and other countries in South-eastern Asia and is also dedicated in exploring other markets in the globe. Besides,PSCO engages in the business of importing Stainless steel scraps. By doing with the export-import business
