The conductive ESD PI Release Film is made by Evervictory Acutech Corporation’s proprietary ICP surfacing technology with absolutely zero loading of carbon black and surfactants. With the exceptional mechanical properties of PI, this conductive ESD PI Release Film can sustain temperature as high as 250 degree C. It is particularly suitable for spacer tab and conveyor tab for high temperature application where tribocharging needs to be suppressed completely for device protection. The spacer tape can be applied in TCP (Tape Carrier Packaging) and COF (Chip on Film) IC packaging utilizing FPC (flexible printed circuit) film as the medium for packaging IC chips.
